We are delighted to invite parents, past parents, Old Suttonians, staff and guests to join us for the 'Christmas at the Castle' Ball on Saturday 6th December 2025. Fairfax Hall at Leeds Castle will be dressed for the festive season, with views over the illuminated castle and moat and the Christmas lights beyond. The evening will commence at 7.00pm with welcome drinks, followed by a three-course meal and then dancing until late. As we reach the midway point of the 450th anniversary festivities, it will be a great opportunity to celebrate in style. Tickets for the evening are £99 each and spaces are limited due to the venue.
We are also able to offer accomodation in the Courtyard bedrooms at Leeds Castle, which can be booked through us separately. The rooms are £180 each (double occupancy) and one single room at £110, and include breakfast. Whilst you will need to check out of your room by 10.00am on the Sunday morning, you are free to spend the day at the Castle. For further details and to book please contact the Development Office. We have to notify the Castle of all accomodation bookings by Sunday 5th October 2025 and rooms are selling fast, so please do book early to avoid disappointment.

In the event that you are booking more than one ticket, the booking system is set up so that the first ticket will always be allocated to you - as such, please ensure that you provide the names and details of your guest(s), when prompted to do so (rather than providing your own details again). If you have any difficulties booking, please email the Development Office.
If you would like to be seated as a group, there is an option to list the names of your party when you book. If you are not booking as part of a group, we will seat you with others you may know.
As we are using an outside venue, we are only able to refund cancellations received before Thursday 6th November 2025.
