Event Information

As part of our 450th anniversary celebrations, we will be hosting a Summer 450th Fête, incorporating the biennial SVS Car Show, on Saturday 13th June. The event will take place on the main School site and will be open to the School and wider Sutton Valence community, as we gather to celebrate the School's 450 year history and look forward to its future.

In addiiton to the Car Show element of the day, there will be drinks and food trucks, fête games, inflatables and activities (including a tug of war competition), and an exhibitor section, including stalls offering a wide range of services and goods, including artisan food and drink, fashion, accessories, cosmetics, homewear and other gifts and goodies, all set amongst the School's beautiful surroundings.

It promises to be a fantastic family event with something for everyone and a real chance to end our anniversary year in style. We have a few extra surprises in the pipeline, which we hope to be able to share with you in dure course. 

Register Your Vehicle for the Show 

Entry to exhibit a vehicle at the Car Show is free. All vehicles should be registered using this Registration Form. This year, there will be four classes - Modern & Supercar (post-2010), Future Classics (1981-2010), Classics (1939-1980) and Pre-War & Vintage (pre-1939). The winner of each class will be determined by spectator vote, via QR code voting. In addition, the overall show winner will be determined by a guest judge on the day. So, whether you regularly display your car, or would like to do so for the first time, please do get involved.

The range of cars previously exhibited has been extensive and includes Land Rovers, MG Midgets, Ford Capris, Volkswagen Golf GTIs, through to super cars including McLarens, Aston Martins and Ferraris.  We also have an array of different vehicles, old and new, from tractors to military hardware - there is something for everyone. 

Secure Your Stall at the Fête

We are offering complimentary stall pitches for local businesses to advertise or sell a variety of goods, including fashion, accessories, cosmetices, homewear, artisan food and drinks and gifts. If you would be interested in exhibiting, please email development@svs.org uk.
