The OS vs School Netball fixture returned to the Old Suttonian calendar in 2018 and, since then, the matches have always been tightly-contested and this year promises to be no different. The two teams will be competing for the Worsfold Cup, named after Nonnie Worsfold (SVPS Staff 1983-2010), who donated it when the competition was first played in the mid-2000s. Since 2018, the Old Suttonians have won five (2018, 2020, 2022, 2023 and 2024) and the School's 1st VII have one won (2019).
Looking to once again retain their trophy, the OS will be taking on the 1st VII on Saturday 1st March at 11.00am in the Sydney Wooderson Sports Centre. If you would like to register your interest in playing, and have not already been in touch, please email the Development Office in the first instance. We would welcome all OS to come along and support and a match tea will be provided for all in TC's afterwards.
