We are delighted to welcome Grace Scrivens to our Sixth Form this year. Grace is a very talented cricketer, who has been playing for the Kent ladies team this year, as well as being involved in various high-level pathway groups.
For someone so young, Grace has performed very well this summer. She was selected for the Sunrisers team for the Rachel Heyhoe Flint Trophy competition, which is a great achievement, as it involves playing and competing against current professional women cricketers. She is also part of the England Training squad, spending the winter months at Loughborough University with the England team.
We wish her well in the coming fixtures and looking forward to seeing her on the cricket field for SVS very soon.
Grace is a recipient of the Blyth Bursary, which was established through the generous legacy from an Old Suttonian, Brian Blyth (1946 M) to support local, talented students.
