We were delighted to welcome over 150 Old Suttonians and their guests to the House of Lords on 12th February, following the Founder’s Day Service at Westminster Abbey. We were very grateful to The Baroness Stedman-Scott OBE for hosting us in the Cholmondeley Room and Terrace, where everyone enjoyed food and drinks overlooking the Thames.
With Old Suttonians ranging from a 1947 leaver through to a 2018 leaver, it was a fantastic opportunity for those present to meet up with contemporaries, some of whom they had not seen since they left the School. The room was buzzing with conversation and laughter, whilst memories were shared and all concerned reflected on a very memorable day.
